Take your RV to any licensed repair facility in the US or Canada. If driving the RV will damage it further, have the RV towed.

CONTACT US

Let the repair facility know that you have an extended warranty with America’s RV Warranty.

  • If your contract number starts with HWG, have the repair facility visit Headstart Warranty Group Claims or call 888-964-1899 for claim submission and instruction.
  • If your contract number starts with SAG, have the repair facility visit SagiOnline Claims or call 877-938-3332 for claim submission and instruction.

STEP THREE:

WE DO THE REST

We communicate with the repair facility to quickly review and authorize repairs, getting you back on the road.

Claims submission is available 24/7. Authorization occurs during normal business hours. If you need repairs immediately and the administrator is closed, you may have repairs completed without prior authorization by following your Terms and Conditions (Section H). You must contact the administrator on the first available business day after the date of repair to determine if repairs are eligible for coverage.
